Tulip bouquets contain 10-12 stems (depending on the variety), are wrapped in a tissue and plastic sleeve, and contain a water source. Bouquets are 12”-14” tall and continue to grow after they are placed in water. Bouquets arrive in a 17” x 6” x 6” white box and contain a card with flower care instructions.
Flowers ship out via UPS 2 business day shipping Wednesday of each week and arrive by Friday or Saturday, depending on the shipping location. A tracking number is emailed to you once the bouquet is received by UPS. Only one bouquet can fit in one box. If multiple bouquets need to be sent to the same address, each bouquet will arrive in its own box to prevent shipping damages. Need to send flowers to multiple locations? Want to include a personal message with your flowers? During check out, there is a notes section where a message can be written and will be included.
No cancellations of orders or refunds are available. If there are issues with your tulips once they arrive, you have 24 hours from the delivery time to notify the farm and provide a photo of the damage for a solution to be provided. If a customer notifies the farm outside of the 24 hour period, a solution cannot be provided.
